You don't have to have an upcoming target race, although I have found that it often helps greatly to have some kind of future target race to focus on. For events such as the marathon, ideally a personalised plan would commence no later that 10-12 weeks prior to the race.
Absolutely, my training plans are sent out via email and feedback on sessions can be given via Whatsapp / email etc. The initial introduction can of course be done via skype/zoom etc.
Hopefully this won't happen, however unfortunately running injuries are a known risk and most runners will encounter some form of injury occasionally. If you do need to take a break from running whether from injury or otherwise my plan does allow this as there is no long term commitment. I cannot however provide any refund on the monthly upfront fee once paid.
